Arizona
CBH has drug addiction treatment centers in Phoenix, Tempe and Tucson. Our Tempe and Phoenix locations are approved as AHCCCS (Title 19 & SABG) centers, so patients who are eligible for Medicaid can be treated at either clinic.

Idaho offers two CBH clinics in Boise and Meridian. In addition to drug addiction treatment, both provide state-approved Domestic Violence Intervention classes, which help patients improve their relationships in a non-shaming environment.

The Shreveport and Monroe CBH clinics offer drug addiction and anger management treatment in addition to individual, family and group counseling. The Shreveport location is convenient for patients in southern Arkansas and southeast Texas.
